Review content:
After over a decade of going through pain clinics trying to find a place where I could find adequate pain relief and be treated with dignity, I finally found it at Kentucky Pain Physicians. I began seeing them at their Hazard, KY office and now go to the Prestonsburg, KY office since it's a bit closer...a worthy consideration with gas prices almost $4 a gallon now. \r \r In contrast to the other pain clinics I've gone to seeking relief for the unbearable pain of my advanced degenerative spine disorder, Kentucky Pain Physicians treats the person as well as the pain. The other pain clinics I've experienced treated me like a junkie. To say I resented their attitudes would be a gross understatement. Thank God I found Kentucky Pain Physicians, a group of professionals striving to help their patients live as normal as possible despite chronic pain producing disorders. Admittedly, there are pain clinics on practically every corner these days, but these guys stand above the rest because of their friendly, respectful attitude toward their patients...a unique experience for me. \r \r Malingerers, those simply seeking medication for the wrong reasons, may not receive the warm welcome given to legitimate pain sufferers. In fact I can almost guarantee they wouldn't. These doctors know the difference and don't hesitate to cull the imposters. But if you live in eastern Kentucky and are in genuine need of treatment for chronic pain, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Windsor and Dr. Brackett and their clinics. Pros: Compassionate Care, Friendly Staff Cons: Need a bigger building, more parking space and more doctors...if they could only clone Dr. Brackett!
