My name is Brian Flowers. I am the current Executive Chef of BRAVO! Cucina Italiana in Louisville KY. I wanted to take a moment and first apologize to any and all poor and less than adequate service/food/experience to any and all who have had in the past at BRAVO!. Over the past two years, we as a company strive to be the best Italian around. This includes time from when you pull into the parking lot, to the drive home after. As a company, we have made huge strides into impressing our guests with top notch quality, and above and beyond great service. \r

Unfortunately, there has been a time in our duration in Louisville where things slipped. But we can assure you that this has been corrected and replaced with lifetime experiences and lifetime guests!! Let me take this time to extend my personal invitation to you and join us for lunch or dinner, and even brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and let us begin a lifetime friendship with you and our food and service. Our business hours are 11am to 10pm Monday thru Thursday, 11am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 9pm on Sundays. \r
