Review content:
Customer service was horrible. I have 3 children and went to Minsky's for dinner on a busy Saturday night. With and extra friend along, our party totaled 6. There were two booths available but the hostess refused to seat us at two different tables claiming that they will not let children sit without an adult. My children are all above the age of 10. I requested to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and no help at all. He said that was policy and would not budge. How ridiculous! My husband said, that's fine, I will sit at one booth, and my wife at the other. The manager still said no! I told him that we will never return and he said that would be fine. We now frequent Pizza Shoppe in Shawnee or Pizza Maker in Lenexa.
