Review content:
Dr Ohlsen's office staff is unhelpful, rude, and negates the idea of ""customer service"". It is obvious that Ohlsen has more patients than she needs since the poor reception attitude and treatment can only exist because the doctor condones it. It is fortunate for her that she can afford to lose those patients she lets her office staff alienate.
