Review content:
This salon is terrible! I had stopped in for a manicure/pedicure on a Saturday. There was one other customer, but I still waited 10 minutes to be seen. The woman completed my manicure in approx. 5 minutes. She did not let my nails soak, barely trimmed my cuticles, did not clean under or around my nails, and put one layer of polish on. When I attempted to question it she said it was ""fine"" and that too much sparkle was tacky. The manicure is 5 days old and is completely chipped and grown out. For the pedicure she let me soak my feet for about 30 seconds and was impatient to get me done, even though there were only 2 other customers in the whole salon. She appeared to be very upset that I had my old polish on, and did not use polish remover and instead used a nail file. I asked her to gently trim the cuticles and to pay extra attention to around my big toes, as I tend to get ingrown toenails so they need to be carefully cut down. She rushed through my cuticles, skipped many steps, and spent most of her time on the phone. Overall I was extremely unhappy with this experience. A mani/pedi is supposed to be a relaxing, rejuvenating experience, and this was a huge let down. I will not be visiting this salon again.
