Review content:
Recently had take-out (dinners) from Caputo's. Four of us ordered the Eggplant Parm, Chicken Francaise, Chicken Parm, and Chicken Fra Diavolo. The food was great, the sauces were fresh and full of chunky tomatoes (personal favorite). The Fra Diavolo was spicy with a lot of fresh garlic (not the type that comes chopped in a jar, which I call ""Fake Garlic"") and fresh basil. The eggplant used in the Eggplant Parm had the skin peeled from it, as it should. The Chicken Francaise was covered in a very light and tasty lemon butter sauce. I'm hard to please when it comes to Italian food (especially red sauce), since I am Italian and come from a family of great cooks. I can't say enough about Caputo's, highly recommend it. Oh, by the way, since no one is perfect I just need to add this: My daughter asked, ""Where's the bread?"" Pros: Food is great, prepared to order.
