Review content:
As others have previously stated the front office is rude and seems to be overly greedy. I'm sure their bosses enforce this but still... I've made appointment that was changed by them yet they say it was not. Then they have this nice little $50 fee if you miss an appointment and they want to hold your credit card on file. When I arrived at my appointment on time then I asked them to remove my credit card from their system. She then got rude about it and had more questions trying to avoid removing my credit card. I couldn't believe I was having an argument about them holding onto my credit card information which I clearly stated I did not want them to have. I wanted to walk out the door right then and should have!
Here is a little summary of this day. I was in the office for 3 hours for a routine cleaning, x-rays, cavity checkup and some basic other questions, yes really 3 hours! I was put in quick and had my x-rays which took about 10 minutes. Then after that was done they left me for 30-45 minutes waiting for the hygienist. The hygienist finally came in and started the cleaning. Then after doing a quick check (5-10 minutes) she had to check my insurance to see if they would cover a more in depth cleaning(B.S. extra fees). That took another 15-20 minutes of waiting. After all this waiting she came back and said she was not even sure she had time to do my cleaning now since this took this long WTF! She then disappeared for another 20-30 minutes. They did end up cleaning my teeth and she did a good job but the turnaround time was ridiculous.
I get a kick out of people when they assume they are smarter than you and you will never double check the garbage they just told you. I was blatantly lied to by the front office and that was in front of one of the dentists and a hygienist. It didn't sound believable in the first place but I didn't think she would lie to my face in front of everyone. I didn't know for sure at the time but as the curious person that I am, I always check the facts to see if someone is lying to me and they were!
Needless to say, I no longer trust this establishment at all. Now the front office lady could have been just ignorant but I doubt that was the only issue.
I would suggest finding another place to get your teeth cleaned if you do not like to be lied to, have extensive wait time and deal with rude staff.
