DO NOT go to this dentist. They are absolutely horrible. The are completely insensitive to their patients, both financially and dentally. It amazes me that they have cliental that continuously comes back for service. If you are anything like me, you need to know what is happening, both with finances and with ANY procedure, BEFORE it happens. They provide no detail, tell you things at the last minute, argue with you and belittle you. The front desk staff is rude and carry no compassion. There is a HUGE lack of communication and there are continuous screw ups (paperwork, insurance, appointments, harassing phone calls) that no one ever takes ownership of. I continually got phone calls for follow-up appointments that I NEVER made, threatening to charge me a ""no show"" fee if I didn't come to the appointment. I called to cancel an appointment more than a day out, and was told I would be charged FIFTY dollars if I didn't show. READ CAREFULLY between the lines of this place, they will nickel and dime you until you're broke. On a separate occasion, SOMEONE ELSE'S procedure was charged to MY INSURANCE. How? Good question. Did I get an explanation or follow-up on the problem being resolved? Absolutely not. My entire family, each member individually, has dealt with specific issues that have negatively impacted their experience there. No longer are they getting our business. One of the front desk managers, Susan, will give you a tooth ache just dealing with her. If at all possible, avoid her at all costs. If you have ANY other options for a dentist, go with someone else.
