Review content:
First of all, I had reservations about going to the new coffee shop after Jim and Patty bilked their investors by cashing out on Coffee People and watching it tank. Secondly, I stood in line with two of my children for at least 10 minutes at a register that was apparently not in use. Patty walked by and did not say a thing, other than chat with her employee. After several minutes of standing and getting no attention, I finally asked the man in front of me making espresso if I was standing in the wrong line (which he could have easily told me 10 minutes prior). He said ""uh, yeah.. the line is over there..."". We had to walk to the end of the line that had 6 people by now... all of whom were behind us when we arrived. I finally just took my children and left. Obviously investing AND customer service are not their strong points. I would suggest the Turkish coffee place next door, or even... God forbid, Starbucks.
Pros: average coffee drinks
Cons: overpriced, bad service, and bad karma from owners who sold out their investors.
