Review content:
The coffee (and sour cream coffee cake!) is great but that isn't what makes J&P my fave place to go. What had me coming back after the first visit was the comfortable attmosphere and family feel of the place. The living room like space kept my friends and I relaxed and chatting. The service (mostly family run) is familiar, regulars get teased and jokes abound. Plenty of toys and books for the little ones. The garden out back is a beautiful haven when the weather is good. It is often the doggie hang out for those of us with canine companions. All in all, it is what I always wanted a coffeehouse to be.
Pros: cozy atmosphere, good coffee & treats, friendly service
