Review content:
I used to live in the RiverMarket apartment complex above Happy China and residents received 10% off plus free delivery. This was a great deal considering Happy Chinas already low prices and large portions. The lunch deals are especially good. The offerings and prices are actually pretty typical for the area. About 7 or 8 bucks for entrees like Beef and Broccoli, General Tsos chicken, Vegetables with brown sauce, Egg Foo Young, and Moo Shoo vegetables. The atmosphere is very casual, similar to a fast food restaurant, with pictures from Chinese pop-culture on the walls and Asian magazines available for those waiting on carry-out orders. The service is very fast, carry-out orders are usually ready in 15 minutes, even on weekends. Everything Ive had has been good, never any problems, and sometimes they throw in a free appetizer.
