Review content:
Never before have I been more verbally insulted when trying to give someone my money. I believe that due to the large number of dealers in this state, if I can't get a competitive deal I will go elsewhere. My requests for a deal I considered fair were met with animosity, the salesman's responses laced with condescending remarks - ""Do you own a dealership?"", ""You think you know how this goes?"", ""What, do you want the car for free?"". After reportedly enraging the sales manager, they agreed to our deal. We go over to finance just to have a bait and switch played on us. At this point we decide to leave, but not without being insulted a few more times. If you are set on a Mazda, go to Bountiful. The 5 minutes I have spent on the phone with them, as well as their online reviews, has me heading there.
