Review content:
I've brought my car here two times with insurance claims from accidents that I had been involved in. Both times were miserable.\r
\r
1) The receptionist talks to you like your in 2nd grade, and like she is a robot programmed to annoy. Seriously, this isn't a joke I think her name is Cindy, its unbelievable. \r
\r
2) They do a terrible repair here. My hood was replaced on a sedan, and the new one they put on was crooked and had rust spots on it. They said I wasn't looking at it right, and insurance requires refurbished parts....I had them repaint it and straighten the hood. Go to pick it up, hood still not straight. 3rd time I finally accepted it. About 3 months later the paint began coming off and just showing more small rust spots. Unbelievablely cheap and terrible repair.\r
\r
3) Buddy's mom backed up and hit my door while my car was parked. Insurance says there just going to replace the door, no big deal. Bring it to Cars Collision, they say sure were just going to replace the door, be 3 days and you'll have it back. A week and a half later I get my car back, looks ok. Then I notice that the new doors window makes a terrible noise when you roll it down, and it rolls down NOTICEABLY slower then the passenger window. Looks rediculous, and is super annoying. Now the paint is coming up in small spots on this door too. \r
\r
4) This is the best. 2 months after the door is replaced. I get a voicemail on my cell phone, not the house where I live and have a message machine, my cell phone voicemail, once. The annoying Cindy woman sing songing away that they forgot to put the VIN # sticker back on my car, and I should probably come by so they can do this for me. WTF. Isn't this an important component to a car? a VIN #? \r
\r
5) This place is a disgusting business that should not ever be utilized unless there is a gun to your head. My car is literally worth $2k less after repairs because they look and sound like shiit. Good Luck, I'm writing this because I just got the VIN # phone call and felt the need to vent :).
