I saw fbe on ktla awhile back and went to check it out with a day pass which led to me becoming a member. I love this place. The vibration machine really works and is great for toning and hitting spots not accessible on other machines. The infrared jade sauna has incredible benefits such as burning 600 calories, detoxes your body and is so relaxing! fbe also offers alkaline water which is worth the trip alone:) Defnitely worth checking out.
