Review content:
I was so happy to hear when Firm Body had moved to it's new location. Being closer to where I live, in West Hollywood I have been able to become a frequent visitor to the facility. I am very into living a healthy lifestyle and peaceful serenity. I found that Firm Body has covered both ends of the spectrum for me. I am able to work out in there gym area and then wind down and rejuvenate in there ""spa"" like atmosphere.
My workouts have improved since they introduced their new cardio machine called the ""Helix"". I am able to bring up my heart rate and do weights on the vibration machine to achieve a full body work out.
Usually after every workout I jump into their infrared sauna. It helps sooth any of my sore muscles and is also useful for me when I am doing cleanses. I feel very relaxed and at peace after this.
At least twice a week I also try and incorporate the pneumatic compression. I was told this helps drain my lymphatic system, while helping rid cellulite and varicose veins. This always is such a relaxing experience, and feel as though I am taking my body while doing so.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If I ever have questions they are more then willing to answer them.
Two weeks ago I made an appointment with their new Hydration facialist Charlotte. She was so knowledgeable and one of the best facials I have experienced. The combination of her facial and lymphatic message on my face was something I had never had before. The entire process was divine.
Overall, I have done nothing but enjoy myself at Firm Body evolution. Thus far, I have not been able to find a facility that offers all that it does in one place. It has made taking care of my body a lot easier and has inspired me to continue to live a healthy lifestyle. I would suggest everyone to go and use the facility.
