We had had the same insurer for 15 years for all our needs and clearly lost track of whether our rates and coverage were competitive. I had been collecting offers and websites for a few years meaning to, and never getting to, doing a comprehensive review and gathering of quotes. Options did all that work for us! Sarah at Options asked us a series of questions, gathered necessary info on our current coverage and took the whole project from there. We were presented with quotes from 6 companies and were able to move all of our insurance to a new provider saving over $1200 a year AND increasing our coverage considerably. Went in looking simply for better rates; it never occurred to us that we were underinsured for our needs. Options pulled it all together for us with exceptional industry knowledge, patient attention to detail, and a refreshing commitment to customer service. By switching to Options (as opposed to dealing directly with one insurance carrier) I know they will continue to scan the market on our behalf and keep us current …. providing us with options rather than locking us in to one company.
