We rented through JLM for 10 years, and I still remember how we needed to find a place fairly quickly. JLM was extremely responsive to our needs, and they quickly us found a decent place and arranged a walk-thru with us on the property in no time (after business hours, as I remember). The office staff were always pleasant and upbeat, and very professional in dealing with anything needing attention. It was great how they followed up by phone, to answer questions, update us, or to insure we were satisfied. Now, they have a great new location on West Pike Street in Covington, right off of the interstate. I have recommended JLM to several of my family and friends, should they need to find a new residence. Our 10 years with them was a really pleasant experience, so I do recommend that people check them out...an honest top-notch Landlord, for sure! What a concept!
