Review content:
The OT/PT staff is pretty good. Some are still learning but veterans like Anne and Rene are incredible. DJ is knowledgeable but talks about herself too much instead of focusing on the clients? problem. \r

The morning front desk lady is very friendly and patient. The evening lady, Veronica, however, is rude, impatient and is constantly on phone with personal friends. She doesn't pay attention to what she's doing and has even double-booked the same client with two separate OTs. She even interrupted my session to ask the PT a personal question, which she then asked several follow-up questions (about 10 minutes of my time). She has to be one of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered and has absolutely no idea what customer service is.\r

Unfortunately for South Austin Rehab, Veronica is the first person that clients have to deal with anytime they come in or call. Because of her, I know that I'm not going back and I urge you to consider looking elsewhere for services.\r
