This business claims the never make mistakes. In reality they made a huge mistake. They ordered a dress for me that was 2 sizes too big. It was too close to the wedding by the time the dress came in to get one in my size, so I was forced to take the huge dress ordered. I talked to the owner who claims the have ""never made a mistake"" and the owner would not offer and discount, apology, or assitance in fixing the problem. Now I'm stuck with having to pay an extra $50 elsewhere to get the dress sized down to fit me. I refuse to ever use this company again. I highly suggest if you want your wedding to go smoothly that you avoid shopping at Lucias because they will just cut you off on the phone and not offer any assistance to fix their mistakes.\r

I am truely in shock and amazed at the terrible and rude fashion that I was addressed in on the phone. \r
