Barabara S, You are FAR from the truth. The ONLY complaint you had when you came back was your bill. As we explained to you: fill $18, each nail fix is $3 ( you had 3 replaced ), cut down is $3 ( you had cut down but we didn't charge you, and your nails were WAY over due ) , and pedicure is $40. Lets add this up: $18+$9+$40= $67. TAX in Stow is $4.36. TOTAL: $71.36. You left our shop 1.5 hours later ( is about right for the service received, not exactly a rushed job ) , a happy camper I might add. You even left a very generous tip- only shows we took care of you. You are bashing my business because we had a disagreement that is not exactly relevant to the service you received here. This is a FREE MARKET. Do you go to Starbucks and expect to pay Dunkin Donut price? Yes be kind to others, practice what you preach. Have a bless day.
