Those of you that know me know that I LOVE my Mercedes and take pride in keeping this car looking showroom ready. When I was struck on the side, I was horrified and violated! Damage was rear door and quarter. Google directed me to this place even though I've passed it thousands of times.
I first stopped in to get a feel for the place and the people. Met with Chuck, took some mental notes, and then proceeded to shop around. A few weeks later, I opted for this facility because they made me feel comfortable and did not try to cover my eyes with magic tricks.
The entire process was completely professional and up front. It was a bumpy ride with paperwork issues because of the other person's insurance company, but nothing that Chuck couldn't take care of.
They let me stop by daily to check on the progress and even take pictures. They were very helpful in explaining the process and showing me how parts were removed, cut, fixed and replaced. Chuck called me frequently to keep me in the loop. Anyone that makes follow up calls really cares. I tried desperately to find a flaw where they cut & mended the metal, but I can't see it even though I know exactly where it is! The paint is smooth and swirl marks look factory. Nobody can tell I was even in an accident!
The professional customer service and detailed craftsmanship makes me willing to come here again and again (even if I have to pay cash out of my own pocket). You just don't find this kind of ""Quality"" anymore.
