The PIZZA at this local restaurant is WONDERFUL however, the service and staff leave little to be desired. I completely agree that the young staff that works in the evenings is inexperienced and lacks any sense of customer service. We have experienced everything from receiving the wrong order to not even receiving our order at all because the server forgot to input it. They typically only have 1 server on for the main dining room (just inside the front door) and 1 additional server to work the top and bottom levels which are typically reserved by large parties. Between these 2 servers it is nearly impossible to keep up with the demands of all of the customers dining therefore leading to no drink refills etc. \r

While we like dining here the poor service is enough to make us not return. We tried to carry-out or order tonight and had a good experience. They need to improve their customer service and REMOVE the sign next to the front door that reads ""I can only please one person per day, today ain't your day and tomorrow ain't looking good either."" That is on a small sign hanging to the right of the front door--that apparently is their mission statement.
