Review content:
I was overweight and out of shape and starting to have high blood pressure and all of the other things that come with being overweight. I saw Fitness Together on the websight and thought I would give it a try. I not only lost 45 pounds but I also dropped 14 % body fat and have never been in such good shape and feeling good about myself. I love the personal one on one expertise I get with my trainer at FT and I am always learning new techniques to get even stronger than I am already. I get compliments all the time about how good I look and even look younger. They also provide a great Nutrition plan to go with my new lifestyle. I really have changed my life around and I owe it all to Fitness Together.
