Talk about hit-or-miss (mostly miss). I love the Panera chain, but I would not recommend this location. Food is usually pretty good if they have it or are willing to make it (such as breakfast sandwiches during normal breakfast hours). The service is not good at all. The booths are almost all dirty every time my wife and I go. They need more adults working the store to ensure the kids aren't just conversing with each other and actually take an order and prepare the food without a snobby attitude. Now that I think about it I haven't seen very many adults who act like adults there.\r \r I would like to point out that I am not one who is very demanding when it comes to service; I'm pretty passive. All this type of restaurant needs is three things 1. To have and are willing to prepare the food that they advertise, 2. Clean tables, and 3. Servers who are not snobby or preoccupied with their social lives.\r \r Even with the location's proximity to my house, in the past, I have gone a year without visiting and I believe I will have to do that again. Pros: Pretty good food Cons: Expensive, bad service, and dirty
