The owner (Cameron VanDenBerge) and his contractor (Ron Bradley) did a lousy job with the modular order and placement of my modular. It wasn't what we talked about and the workmanship inside took many, many months to get it right. The owner is real accomodating until he receives all your payments, then you have to constantly call him for any problems until he returns your calls.\r

The contractor..........oh boy, not very incompetent with what he does, sort of wings it and never looks over the jobs his crew completes. If has to fix a mistake there ends up being something else that's needs fixing.\r

If you consider to buy from this business I suggest you record all conversations and get it all on paper.
