Review content:
Slimy is the perfect term for this dealership. I would caution anyone going to Latham Ford.\r

1. Sales folks are very slippery. You are passed on to different salespersons if you try to negotiate. ""I need to check with my boss, then his boss, then his boss.""\r
\r
2. Customer service is something out of Jerseylicious. There was an error on our title and it showed a lien despite the fact that we paid in full. My husband misplaced the title and I called to find out where to go from there. the woman immediately laughed and said..""Are you kidding me, you lost the title! I'm gonna have to call you back and figure what to do with this."" When I commented on her behavior after she called me back with even more attitude, she actually yelled at me. (Thankfully i have since located the title).\r
\r
3. In a cash offer on a vehicle worth $15,000 they almost let us walk over $500. We were literally out the door when he followed us out still trying to make the deal. \r
\r
We should have recognized the red flags. As we left, my 10 year old daughter said. ""Mom you should never trust a guy with pointy shoes."" I should have listened to her. (He had on shiny leather brown pointy shoes that she hated)\r
\r
I give this dealership 2 stars only because our first salesperson was kind and was really trying to help us out. The rest of them are ""slimy"". My advice, stay clear.
