I am going out of my way a bit to leave a bad review. I normally do not do this, but after trying to discuss my upcoming LIHEAP grant with Greg Drew, I felt I had to. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life. He was argumentative and would not even let me tell them the information I had. He has ONE way of doing things and that is the ONLY way. I was so insulted I called Community Action Council to cancel the $800 grant check to him and make it out to a different company. He acted like a bully. I was shocked. It's too bad too as I liked working w a smaller family business.
