Review content:
I had never used this furnace before and I couldn't get the pilot light lit after not using it all summer. I had 2 other friends try it and they couldn't get it lit either. Since I didn't want to take any chances messing with a 30 year old gas furnace and a lighter, I called Greenwood thinking there could be a bigger problem. The guy was able to light it after some tinkering which was great, but he was only there about 2 minutes and charged me $125 or somewhere around that price. He could have at least used his flat rate hourly price to examine my furnace to see if there were any other problems. I wasn't very happy and won't be using them again. Oh yeah, and I told them to call me 5 minutes before they got there so I could meet him because I only work 2 minutes away and he called like 20 minutes late and said he'd been waiting in his car because no one answered the door. Hello!!
