we've been trying to get the title of our trailer since about 2 yrs ago. they're never in the office, we have to lie and say we want to look at a trailer so we can contact them personally.they have been giving us the run around. I believe they are illegally bringing trailers into washington then selling stating the title will be available soon. why else wouldn't we have the title after 2 yrs??? We went to the auiditor's office to pay the taxes, and we were told that there have been multipule cases like ours from the same company! If you have had a bad experience, please let me know. if i don't get my title this weekend, i am going to report this company to the BBB.
