Review content:
It was really surprising to find such a cool restaurant in Canton. The ambience is great, and has the feel of classy, big city restaurants, making this place a great place to bring visitors/guests and have celebrations. I first went to the restaurant to try out the hibachi, which was great. The entertainment was fun but I really really liked the scallops and chateau-briand. I had a look at the menu during the wait for the chef (which was the main downside of my experience) and saw that their dine-in menu was really really reasonably priced, especially for such a beautiful place. I've come back numerous times, mainly for the dine-in (Cheap and sooo tasty!) for lunch. The ambience is so nice, it really is a great place for romantic evenings. (Especially because it is a new restaurant so it's not as loud and crowded as other places, so its still a relatively well-kept secret!). You can really sit, talk, eat good food and not spend way too much money. The staff is also really friendly! The great thing is, on the dine-in side, you can also order from the sushi bar, which has really fresh items. The only thing I haven't tried so far is their bar, which looks pretty well-stocked. I have chatted with their bartenders though, who are always friendly. Overall, the only thing I didn't enjoy as much was waiting a bit for the chef on the hibachi side of the restaurant.
Pros: Modern, romantic ambience- great value, especially the dine-in menu!
Cons: Sometimes the wait for a hibachi chef takes a while- reserve ahead to reduce the wait...
