As noted in one of the other reviews, if you need something quickly, look elsewhere. My order took 5 weeks to receive ( their website does state 3 to 6 weeks). But when you wait that long for a single cabinet, you would expect it to be correct when it arrives. I ordered a kitchen wall cabinet and paid extra for a stain grade upgrade on the left side which was not included in the order. The cabinet was supposed to have 3 shelves, not included. The drawer box was constructed using finger jointed lumber, not what you woud expect from ""quality constructed"" cabinetry. In addition, when they assembled the drawed box, they obviously forced the joint because the front of the box was cracked. The full extension drawer slides were included, but no mounting screws. If I wanted to take the time to modify a cabinet to my liking, I could have gotten similar quality from stock cabinets at Lowes at half the cost and modified it. Fortunately I have enough carpentry skills to make this cabinet work. I informed them right away (within an hour of receipt) about the incorrect cabinet side and missing shelves, told them not to bother sending replacements, credit my account for the additional cost of the custom stain grade side, or just to keep the additional cost and apply it to a quality control program that they desperately need. If they do send replacement parts, by the time I receive them, I'll probably have the cabinet finished and mounted.
