Businiess name:  Texas Honey Ham Company

Review content:
My family was gifted with a delicious spiral cut ham and baked potato casserole from Texas Honey Hams last month when my dad passed away. The sprial ham is a delicious smokey sweet manna from heaven and great served either hot or chilled, and the potato casserole is a twice baked blend with cheese, ham bits, sour cream and butter. The flavors take comfort food to the highest level. I found the shop for myself last week and the staff let us taste test the take out menu - the ham bone soup and tomato bisque were rich and hearty options for a weekday lunch or dinner, or a welcome take out gift for anyone needing recuperation. This little gem of a place is a real sparkler, and I am sharing it with everyone I know in South Austin. Great customer service and home made flavors reminded me of the best cooks I knew as a child. Totally excellent experience. Pros: Very casual dining, but who cares when the food and service are this good? Cons: It is set back from the road; a bit hard to see but worth the search and you won't miss it the second time!
