Review content:
We knew we had very good coverage and had checked to be sure Dr. Chung was within network. However, after being handled rather hastily in terms of getting the work done, we found out that we were being over charged 3 times what we should have been for out of pocket expenses. When I requested a refund, I was told that they just planned on 'applying' it to our account. I was also told that they did not do silver fillings, which accounted for some of the extra out of pocket. We were never told of this when we started the service.
They tried to get my husband to agree to another $500 worth of work by signing a credit card authorization. He fortunately saw what it was and politely said he'd like to think about it. I'm not sure if they are aware of how much distrust this causes, but they seemed to shurg it off when I called them later.
I'd just say, buyer beware.
