Thank you, Luna, for wasting two hours of my time while I waited for your salesperson to show up. And then, when I called to find out what happened, I got someone on the phone that didnt care and asked if I wanted to reschedule.. Um, if you can't show up on time when I am trying to give you money, why in the hell would I want to use you and trust you to come into my home to install carpeting?\r

If there were negative starts, I would have given them that instead.. maybe your time, Luna, is not important, but mine sure is..thanks for the disrespect...
