I called my landlord to let him know our pipes are backed up, with his busy schedule he asked if I minded a plumbing company coming out to snake line (really could care less who did the work just open them up!) Option one showed up that night, the kid walked around for a bit and said he would have to come back, he showed up the next morning with another kid, after messing around for a bit (landlord was here this time) the kid started talking about jack hammering in my bathroom and said this or that has collapsed and this and that will need to be done and really only snakeing the pipe needed to be done. With believeing the kid we started packing (have more then half my house packed up already and just was going to move). The landlord paid more then $200 bux for this and after being fustrated himself he rented and a snake 1 hour later drains running clear and free!!! these guys do NOT know what they are doing and would NOT be representing my company!! Give my landlord his money back at the least and maybe come unpack for me? You are not an honest company and take people for whatever you can get out of them. SHAME ON YOU! I If you are reading this and on any kind of a budget, move on to the next plumbing company.
