Review content:
I was a boarder there a while back and the place was a cataclysmic disaster. Waters weren't done regularly, STALLS WERE CLEANED ONCE A WEEK... IF THAT. Horses are not fed on a regular schedule like promised (horses tend to drop weight that way). The owner is never ever on time for anything and never answers his phone when hes late. He's a farrier (and not a great one at that) and he wont allow other farriers on the property, so if he says 2pm plan on 5 or 6. The arena average size is VERY rocky and uneven so dont plan on riding in it too often. Small round pen... maybe 35 ft across. Stalls, aside from being terribly dirty, are small, 10 by 16ish. Owner is not caring about horses like he says he is, hes ALL about the money. Also, the on site trainer is iffy, I wouldn't recommend. My kid didn't learn a thing. The board may be cheaper then other places, but if you want your horse taken care of they way they should be I would recommend spending the extra $25 a month and go else where. It will save you a lot of problems in the long run.
Pros: none at all
Cons: Everything about it
