I went to Mazda of Lakewood in Sept. of 2011 and have never in my adult life had a worse experience purchasing a car. I was threatened to pay the $3k down after 2 weeks of owning the car, yet the agreement signed was to pay this money within 90 days. Jacob the manager, called me repeatidly and bullied me for this money, regardless of the agreement. I also cancelled the GAP insurance and the extended service warranty in Nov. 2011, and just checked with my auto financing institution and my account has STILL not been credited!\r
Mazda of Lakewood is the WORST dealership to even stop at!\r
Save yourself months of agony, DON'T purchase a car from them!
