Review content:
My wife and I had dinner at Piatti on Tuesday night. We were greeted by a bubbly hostess and werre told there was a bit of a wait for a table. We gladly sat at the bar. The bartender was extememly busy, yet fast and still more than willing to allow us to taste a few wines. Our server was very prompt and friendly as well. Although, he did seem to have a bit of a sweating problem. The food was fantastic and may very well be the best Italian we have had in this dusty ol' cowtown. My only complaints are the Institution style shirts the staff wears. I felt like I was having dinner in prison every time I looked at any staff member. And the music is awful. 80's adult contemporary? Are you kidding me? I fully expected Sheena Easton to walk out of the bathroom at any moment because I was sure they were giving her a tribute. Pros: Service and Food Cons: Music and staff appearance!
