AAA Sparkling Carpet , cleaned my carpets yesterday in my San Ramon townhome. I had already priced new carpets, as we were renting and had a cat who had litter box issues, and damaged two rooms VERY badly, and we had another cat who had digestive problems (he threw up his food frequently), and she damaged the carpets as well. I had no idea how badly the carpets were damaged until we moved all of our furniture out. I decided to pay for a last carpet cleaning (I had them cleaned once before with very limited success, which was disappointing), given it was going to cost us $4000+ to replace these carpets. I left while their technician was working, hoping against hope that we could fix SOME of the damage to limit my cost to $4K (given rooms upstairs were damaged and I had not costed that yet!). When I came to walk through, the carpets were 100% fixed! Even knowing where to look for the damage, I could not find it! I am thrilled at the ?magic? Sparkling Carpets worked on our carpets, and especially that it looks like we won?t have to spend that $4K on a rental we have already moved out of! That money can be much better spent on our new house! I just wanted to give you feedback on the job that he did, and how pleased I was! Thank you! Karla\r
