Our business computer crashed on a Saturday afternoon during our busiest time of year. We needed an operational computer system (loaded with our database system and client info) by mid-Monday. Everyone was closed for Sunday, or so we thought. We sent emails to all the ""house call"" computer repair companies, hoping to catch them first thing Monday morning. Joe from PC Techs On Call emailed back immediately, and travelled to our business Sunday evening. He diagnosed our problem quickly and charged a fair price. He really went above and beyond to help us to resolve our computer crisis. Thanks, Joe!
