DO NOT refinance with these people! They promise you a fantastic rate, but nobody who works there knows what they are doing, so by the time they figure it out, they can no longer get you the rate promised. Of course, you find this out only after you have shelled out the money for a home appraisal, which becomes worthless once the deal falls through. Working with these people was a huge headache, and a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go straight to a BANK - these mortgage brokers have to make a living somehow, and often their pay comes out of your pocket. Cut out the middle man...go to the bank, which is what I ended up doing in the end. I don't even think the people at INtegrated Financial know what day it is! When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their ineptitude, their excuse was that ""nobody knows what's going on right now."" How comforting. Cons: promise the moon and stars...deliver a headache!
