This is my first time participating in the TakeDown challenge and the program works because of the thorough and complete explanation of the program from The Fetters. The meals are delicious, and easy to make; the program is very straightforward and if you have questions, have an 'off' day, they will motivate you to continue with the program with words of wisdom and first hand nutritional facts. \r
The gym is very clean and the staff really embraces your needs: The Training Spot has truly changed my outlook on food, nutrition and how to live a long and healthy life without missing out on anything.\r
