I have been working out at the Main Street location for the past three years. Mike has been my trainer for over two years. The entire Training Spot staff really cares about all the clients and pushes me to do my best and to focus on eating right and working out regularly. I have gotten stronger and have learned how to eat right and work out properly to both lose weight as well as maintain my weight.\r

Family that owns both Training Spot gyms live the healthy lifestyle that they advertise at the gym. They are always at the gyms working out and helping with clients. I highly recommend the Training Spot!
