As a woman, things with a car may as well be a foreign language. The guys at Carsmetics immediately put me at ease. I only wanted to get an estimate to see how much my scraped bumper was going to be to repair. Did I need to go through my insurance? or can I avoid getting a ding on my record. I was told Carsmetics doesn't do estimates, that when I was done with my quote, I would know exactly how much it was going to cost. No hidden charges. It only took about 10 or 15 minutes to get my quote, and this is where the ""put at ease "" comes in. The job was explained to me step by step without overwhelming me with car speak. To top it all off the price was perfectly below my deductible, so I didn't have to morgage the house or go through my insurance. This even left me enough money to get a rental except, I didn't need one. They did the job the same day I dropped off the car.
I was very pleased with the way my bumper looked at the end of the day. I highly recommend Carsmetics for anyone looking to get your crunched car fixed. Thanks Carsmetics!
