This company?s appraisers have an enormous sense of entitlement. Customer service skills are, on a scale of 1-10, a solid 1. Not only is the service horrible but the work is not great either. I received an appraisal from them with the interior and exterior photos of the wrong house. You might be wondering why I am still using them. The answer: we began using a third party service, who assigns the appraiser and within a 2 week period all went to Amerihome. Trust me, I will never use that third party service, or will I ever recommend Amerihome Appraisals (Dino Layton) to anyone, either professionally or personally. I have been lending in Albuquerque for 13 years and they by far are the worst appraisers I have dealt with in 8 years. I normally do not like to be nasty but this is how they treated me, the realtor and the processor.
