If I could rate them a ZERO I would.
I have the unfortunate experience of having my procedure billed through Tower Imaging. I verified with my insurance carrier that the procedure is covered; the facility verified with my insurance the procedure is covered. It states on Tower Imaging's own website that they accept this insurance carrier. I still received a bill and verified with my insurance carrier that they had billed under a non-contracted number and would just need to re-bill.
After waiting on hold forever with Tower Imaging to speak with their billing department, I was curtly told that they only had one tax id to bill under and they were not going to re-bill. What?!? The facility where I had my procedure done said thy have been getting a lot of people coming back with the same issue. It is now under hot dispute and I do not intend to let them charge me for a procedure they should properly bill.
Major warning - DO NOT USE TOWER IMAGING! They will try and charge you instead of insurance and are not cooperative or helpful in any way. This is the 2nd time I have had issue with them. If I can find another place to have this procedure done that does not utilize Tower Imaging in the future I will. The facility was great, Tower Imaging is terrible.
