I have bought many hair care/extensions from this place, and the last time I bought extensions, I ended up buying two packs, not know if I would use both of them or not. The woman who owned the shop told me that if I didnt use the second pack, I could bring it back and exchange them.. So I went to exchange the second pack I didn't use for a different color. The woman and her husband laughed at me and told me that I was lying, and I didn't buy the extensions there because the price tags were different...but the price tags were still the same...then, they played stupid and just absolutely refused to exchange the hair. I will never be back, and I will never give my money to this place either. They are very rude, and cheap people.
