We went there as a family on 1-23-2008. Got seated promptly and then it went downhill from there. Our waitress came out and she looked like this was the last place on earth she wanted to be. She was unhappy and did not make us feel welcome at all, nobody in my family saw her even attempt to smile. We ordered some ribs and when they came out they had to be the dryest ribs I have ever had. I asked for the manager and he replaced mine with some more. I still was not fond of the new ones that came out. I have had pleasent experiences at Famous Daves in the past but after the last two trips with dry ribs and cruddy service (this one and one in Utah), I'll stick with Squealers. Better ribs, better service. Pros: Quick seating .... Cons: DRY Ribs, Cruddy service .... go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
