me and my daughter rented an apartment from them and it was the worse mistake of my life, for two bed rooms i was paying $ 1700, seem reasonable right? then i was having financial difficulty. so I called their ""office"" and told them i would be a little late. so they said no problem. next thing you know i was receiving notice for $2500, after being only 6 days late. apprently $1700 was only a discount if I paid on time. they evict us on a cold January after being only one month behind. they sued me for $ 19336 for a broken lease. They also sued for damages that didnt exist, my daughter also got sick because she accidently ate rat feaces from the pest in the apartment.
