Review content:
While cleaning the interior of my automobile, one of the staff broke the ashtray. I noticed the damage prior to leaving the car wash and entered the office with my ashtray. Within a few minutes, I was surrounded by the owner, possibly a manager, and another man--none who had been in the auto. I was challenged and loudly told that the ashtray had not been touched by anyone while cleaning the auto interior. To her benefit, one of the employees who actually cleaned the auto defended me against the accusation of busting the ashtray myself by stating nothing inside the auto was broken when she vacuumed. Not willing to settle the damages while I was there, the owner said he would call the dealership for the cost of a new ashtray and call me the following Monday. Of course, he never called or paid for the replacing the ashtray. For a $20 car wash, you can do better.
